  I came here on 2 consecutive days because my first order was made improperly and the manager agreed to replace my meal. My first visit would have received 2 stars, but the customer service and food on my second visit definitely made their rating worthwhile. I chose a you pick two with  1/2 Tuscan sandwich and  1/2 caesar salad with an iced mocha brew
  The Tuscan sandwich is a new item and I'm so glad I  chose it. Delicious bread topped with pesto sauce, a marinara type, chicken, arugula, and melted cheese. I was so sad once I had eaten it all. As for the salad, it was just ok. Not many ingredients in a ceasar so not much to it, except I wish  I would have been given more lettuce (especially because the to go container has the room for it). Iced mocha cold brew was pretty good though it could have done without the super thick whipped cream. More than anything. I really appreciate the customer service here. Definitely something that is of value to Panera.

  I ordered chicken noodle soup in a bread bowl to get delivered to my house. When I received my order they gave me a half of loaf of bread and cut a circle out of it to make it look like a bread bowl. I called them and the guy on the phone said that they ran out of bread bowls and the post mates driver arrived when they found out. I said they should have let me know but the guy said at least I shave you bread in the and made it a bread bowl. This is the worst experience I have had with Panera bread and I go there all the time. I wish I could have gotten a refund of a free bread bowl of soup next time since they didn't even call me.

  I drove over there for breakfast this morning. I got there at 10:25 and they refused to make a breakfast sandwich because "breakfast ends at 10:30." Wow, just wow.

  Not a bad spot for some decent food. They have a ton of healthy options and will pretty much try to make anything you are looking for if they can. The price point seems a little high but you do get what you pay for. My little girl loves their blueberry muffins as they are made fresh and have great flavor. I usually try the egg white bowl, my only complaint is that when I have ordered egg whites and turkey the turkey seems to be just warm and have spots of cold. So they could work on that.
  
  Solid blueberry muffins for sure. The kid always enjoys one. They staff is very friendly

  Had a pretty bad experience the last time I went into Panera with a friend of mine. I received a bowl of mac and cheese with (I believe) hardened avocado smeared on the lip of the bowl. My friend received a bowl of soup & found a black hair on her bowl. I felt extremely grossed out & didn't finish my food. thank goodness i'm not allergic to avocado otherwise it could have ended bad
